Generally, applicants must apply and meet below criteria:

1) CURRENT permanent employment (for at least a year); 2) NET (take home) monthly income that is 3 times the monthly rent depending on debt obligation; 3) Good rental history; 4) No prior eviction 5) Good credit without red flags (collection, late payments, delinquencies, banktruptcy, etc.) 

Applications will not be reviewed until management has received application and documents by all applicants in group. Must see unit in person prior to applying.
